"I purchased a building in Inglewood in 2023 that required a full overhaul. At closing, I hired WESTSTAR to manage the building and oversee the rehab/construction project. 5 of the 8 units were vacant and in very bad shape, requiring extensive remodeling. ALL FIX completely transformed the units, and within 90 days of closing, the units were done and rented for top of the market rents. In addition, WESTSTAR oversaw upgrades in plumbing, roof replacement, and exterior paint.
